We recommend steering clear of waxing if you have any chronic conditions that may compromise the skin barrier. We also recommend not waxing if you’ve been on Accutane in the last six months- to a year. If you're not sure, your best bet would be give us a call and chat with an Esthetician.

All service providers are grateful for the opportunity to serve. Most clients leave a gratuity of 18% or more if they enjoy their service. Clients can do this at checkout by asking for a tip envelope if using cash, or by letting one of our Front Desk Agents know you would like to leave a gratuity.
Why does my appointment time say an hour and fifteen minutes rather than just an hour?
We build 15 minutes in between massages to clean and sterilize rooms. It is imperative to arrive 15 minutes early to ensure your appointment begins on time because any delay in your arrival results in loss of service time. We cannot run over as we pride ourselves on offering a full hour service and not the 50 minute spa hour standard.
